Understanding the Engagement Snapshot
The Engagement snapshot dashboard gives you a real time view into your organizations engagement and sentiment from one place. As an administrator you have the ability to filter the snapshot to a particular pulse survey round to understand response rates and completion rates of the survey.
The highlighted Engagement Score is an average of the Engagement question bank from our Engagement Driver questions. E.g. “How likely are you to recommend <your company> as a great place to work?”
For that round you can drill down in to drivers, focus points and comments to help you better understand the overall engagement score
Utilizing the Radar Heat Map
Our intuitive radar heat map is the best way to identify across segments success or focus points that need improvement.
You can filter this view to show scores across engagement drivers or value alignment
Leveraging comments to get deeper insight
With our comment monitor you can drill down in to the anonymous responses to better understand the overall score
What we measure
Workvivo's 12-Factor Engagement Model
Workvivo’s 12-Factor Engagement Model, including our conceptualization of employee engagement, is grounded in the framework advanced by William H. Macey and Benjamin Schneider, two preeminent scholars and practitioners in the field.
Macey and Schneider’s 2008 article, "The Meaning of Employee Engagement," published in the journal Industrial and Organizational Psychology: Perspectives on Science and Practice, significantly informs our approach.
Value Alignment
Clear values help your employees understand what your company stands for and help guide their work and provide a sense of security!
We can help you assess how much your values actually align to a day in the life of your employees with targeted questions. These questions are customisable and can be made optional
