Who has access to the data and dashboard/results?
Access to the dashboard and anonymised results will be governed by your Admin Team and leaders overseeing the Employee Listening program. We have created a new Insights Manager Role if you want to delegate to personnel responsible for viewing results and planning in your organization
Is benchmarking possible in Employee Insights? If so, what kind?
Currently, we support internal benchmarking. Internal benchmarking can help;
- What’s working in your organization
- Establish a baseline
- Helps you improve over time
Is there any personally identifying employee information captured?
Employee Insights surveys are set up as anonymous and will not capture any identifiable employee information.
Employee Insights survey responses are aggregated and will be displayed on your dashboard at a rolled-up level (department, location, region, company).
Reports with fewer than 5 answers will not be represented in drill-down data visualization on the Workvivo dashboard, but the responses will be rolled up into the total global data to protect anonymity.
The Admin team can set the threshold higher or lower than 5 responses if they wish, but 5 is considered the industry standard.
Can employees participate in a survey without a Workvivo or associated account?
No, Only people from within your organization with a Workvivo account can partake in Employee Insights surveys.
How are Employee Insights surveys sent to employees?
Employee Insights surveys will automatically be distributed to everyone in your target audience. The survey will be promoted at the top of the Workvivo activity feed.
All employees will be notified about the survey commencement via email and push notification to their devices.
Employees can access the survey via mobile and desktop, and you can distribute a link to the survey directly or via QR code to encourage participation
