If you have Microsoft Entra ID SCIM API configured for Workvivo, you can change the default source attribute mappings for Department and Location values syncing over to Workvivo.
The source attribute you have mapped to urn:ietf:params:scim:schemas:extension:enterprise:2.0:User:department is what we are seeing for Department in Workvivo. By default this is mapped to the department source attribute in Entra ID. This will map to the Primary Team in Workvivo Adv Analytics
The source attribute you have mapped to addresses[type eq “work”].locality is what we are seeing for Location in Workvivo. By default this is mapped to the city source attribute in Entra ID. This will map to the Secondary Team in Workvivo Adv Analytics
To change either of these source attributes please follow the below guidelines
1. Navigate to Microsoft Entra ID and open the Workvivo Enterprise Application created previously. From here open the Provisioning Section.
2. Click "Edit Attribute Mappings"
On the window that opens, expand the Mappings section and click "Provision Microsoft Entra ID Users"
3. Changing Department mapping
Click "Edit" for the attribute that is mapped to customappsso urn:ietf:params:scim:schemas:extension:enterprise:2.0:User:department

Click "Edit" for the attribute that is mapped to customappsso addresses[type eq “work”].locality
