- Seer – Enhanced Segment Filtering: Advanced filtering capabilities allow users to combine multiple segments, apply AND/OR logic, and exclude specific groups - enabling more precise and flexible analysis of engagement results. More on Seer here.

Enhancements
Space Category Improvements: We’ve enhanced Space Categories by introducing preferred audience at the category level, allowing admins to show specific category filters and swimlanes only to relevant user groups. We’ve also increased the category limit to 50 and added intuitive arrow-based navigation to ensure a cleaner, more scalable Space discovery experience.For more information, see Space Promotion and Discovery.

Journeys - Reminders: We’re excited to roll out Journey Reminders! Reminders are a great tool to nudge and re-engage users with journeys. This new update allows you to manually remind journey users at journey level or individual steps within a journey. You can also set automatic reminders to be sent several days before journey's end date. To learn more see here.
