Overview
Raising awareness of and connecting employees to the organisations Values/Goals is a key driver of employee engagement. Allowing employees to tag their Workvivo content to the organisations' Values/Goals brings them to life creating a stronger sense of purpose and belonging across the entire organisation.
Why Important?
Having a clear set of values helps your employees understand what you stand for. Your company values also give them guidance for their work and a sense of security.
As a result, your employees are more likely to make the right decisions — the decisions that help them achieve the company's vision and goals.
By closely associating daily activity to organizational goals and values, company culture is visible, accessible, and understandable to all.

Goal/Value Ideas
It is important to note that this label can be named anything. The most common use case for this label on Workvivo is to set it up as "Goals" or "Values" or "Pillars”. Values describe the cultural DNA of the organisation and the behaviours expected of all employees. If using Goals or Pillars, these should be the long-term strategic goals the organisation has set to fulfil its purpose. Please find some examples below...
