Automatic User Provisioning
Workvivo can integrate with third-party systems for the purposes of automatically provisioning users into the Workvivo platform.
In this scenario, the third-party system is designated as the source of truth for user / employee data.
This can be achieved through:
• File-based provisioning - Example: CSV, TXT file
• Fully automated user provisioning from your identity management or HR system using SCIM 2.0 compatible APIs. - Example: Microsoft Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), OKTA
During the weeks leading up to your Workvivo launch your Project Manager will set up an IT Call to discuss these options in detail and find out what works for you.
Documentation can be provided to you directly to aid the set-up process.
Manual User Provisioning
Where a centralised HR system is not available, users can be added via the Workvivo platform itself by a member of your team.
Admins can manually add users by navigating to 'Administration' from the dropdown on top nav of their screen:
From there, select 'Add Person' and enter their details:
Please note that First Name, Last Name and Email Address must all be populated in order to create a user.
