There are a number of standard reports available under the Analytics Reports tab. Unlike the dashboards, these reports contain real-time information so you will always have the latest.
To access reports you can navigate to the Analytics tab on Desktop and select Reports.
Roles / Permissions: System Admin
There are Content Reports and User Reports. When you click on any of the reports, you will receive an email containing the report, or an Excel file will automatically download to your device. (Note: Ensure you have pop-ups enabled)
The ‘List Inactive Users’ report is a very helpful report. This provides a list of users (name, department, location) who have never logged into the platform (i.e. Users who have not yet Registered).
You can use this report to identify groups who may need extra communications or encouragement to download the mobile app and or log into the platform on their web browser.
