There are a number of standard reports available under the Analytics Reports tab. Unlike the dashboards, these reports contain real-time information so you will always have the latest.
To access reports you can navigate to the Analytics tab on Desktop and select Reports.
Roles / Permissions: System Admin
There are Content Reports and User Reports. When you click on any of the reports, you will receive an email containing the report, or an Excel file will automatically download to your device.
Note: Ensure you have pop-ups enabled.
List All Updates
Contains a list of all updates that have been posted on your organization's Workvivo to date. It includes information such as the author, their location, the update text, date published, and audience. The data within this report can help you identify which users posted most frequently and to which audience, within a specific timeframe.
List All User Shout-Outs
Contains a list of all shout-outs given to individuals in your organisation. The report includes details around who gave the shout-out, the shout-out recipient, the text, date published, and audience. Having a list of all shout-outs can be very helpful as it gives you a view of those who have given or received recognition from their colleagues.
List All Team Shout-Outs
Contains a list of all shout-outs given to Teams in your organisation. The report includes details around who gave the shout-out, the shout-out recipient, the text, date published, and audience.
List All Shout-Outs
A list of all individual and team shout-outs given within your organisation.
List All Reported Posts
Provides you with a list of all updates that have been reported by other users. It shows all relevant information to the post, such as; who posted the update, who reported the post, the audience, the date of the post, the date it was reported etc.
Note: It is important to note that once a reported post has been deleted it is removed entirely from the platform, therefore a deleted post will not appear in this report - only reported posts pending review by an Admin or those ignored (not deleted) will be listed here. The user who posted an update will not be notified when their post has been reported. The Admin/Moderator should reach out to them separately.
List Active Users
This report contains the name, department, location and email address of each user that has logged into the platform at least once. This report is very beneficial in tracking your user registration rate over time.
List Inactive Users
This report returns the name, department, location and email address of all inactive users - users that have yet to log into the Workvivo platform. You should be aiming to get the number of users within this report to zero. It can be very helpful in identifying groups who may need extra communication or encouragement to download the mobile app and/or log into Workvivo on their web browser.
