Workvivo Analytics is a powerful tool for gaining both a bird's-eye and lower level view of content, usage and behavior across your organization. Out of the box, Workvivo Analytics provides the following dashboards and reports:
Please note, we are releasing our new-look Workvivo Analytics on a phased basis from mid-March through to the end of April 2023. If you don't see it yet, you should see it very soon!
The first time you open Analytics after we turn on the new version, you will need to manually switch to see it. Click “Switch to New Analytics”
The original version of Analytics will be switched off in mid-May.

Analytics & Reporting can be accessed by navigating to the Admin dropdown menu and selecting the Analytics.
The Content Analytics dashboard is the best way to understand the performance of all content types across the platform. This dashboard allows you to drill down and compare the reach, impressions and engagement of different posts and identify the audience, authors and teams that drive the highest results.
The Activation dashboard provides your organization with a top-down view of activation across all users. It will help you identify the teams and areas within your organization where more effort is required to promote Workvivo and get employees to log in and activate their account.
The Usage dashboard will help you better understand the usage trends of your employees over time. This dashboard allows you to pinpoint functions or teams within your organization with lower usage so that you can take the appropriate action when needed to encourage regular active usage and engagement.
