Seer on Workvivo helps measure and enhance employee engagement through targeted pulse surveys and in-depth analytics.
Organizations can measure engagement, key drivers of engagement and assess value alignment with targeted pulse surveys.

Roles / Permissions:
- System Admin: Can create, manage & view insights
- Insights Admin: Can create, manage & view insights
- Insights Manager: Can only view insights
- People Managers: Can view insights for employees reporting into them in the organization (including both direct reports and everyone below them in the organizational structure). A People Manager is any user who has users reporting into them, as defined by the user data passed to us during provisioning. This is not a role you assign within Workvivo.
- General Users: Can take the Seer Survey. (All users with the above roles/permissions can also take the survey).
Note: Seer surveys can only be set up on desktop but participant can take part on both web and mobile.

Survey Banner
Seer surveys will automatically be distributed to everyone in your target audience. The survey will be promoted at the top of the Workvivo activity feed and can be customized with a banner image and Title.
All employees will be notified about the survey commencement via email and push notification to their devices.
Completing the Survey
On desktop employees have a full screen experience to complete each question. Each question consists of an image, a 11 point scale and optional text field to complete.
Through the Workvivo mobile app there is the same great user experience for completing the pulse survey helping you reach every employee in the organization
