Steps to send Workvivo Custom Fields from Microsoft Entra ID SCIM API
Note: We will need to update a configuration on our side, so if you would like to add custom field(s) before launch, please reach out to your Workvivo Onboarding PM to help you set this up. If you would like to add custom fields after launch, please reach out to our Support Team via the 'Submit a request' button.
If you prefer a video walkthrough, you can skip ahead to this section.
1. Navigate to Microsoft Entra ID and open the Workvivo Enterprise Application created previously. From here open the Provisioning Section.

On the window that opens, expand the Mappings section and click "Provision Microsoft Entra ID Users"
3. On the bottom left corner tick "Show advanced options" and click "Edit attribute list for customappsso"

The Type will be "String". Click Save on the top left
5. Navigate back to the Attribute Mappings section and select "Add New Mapping"
From here map your desired source attribute to the new Target Attribute (the string value created in step 4) click Ok and save the mappings on the top left.
6. After the mappings are saved navigate back to the provisioning overview screen.
If you haven't already done so you can click "Start provisioning" to initiate the provisioning cycle otherwise click "Restart Provisioning" and this will push the new teams over to Workvivo within 20-40 mins
