Note that for the Department (primary), Locality (secondary) and Cost center (tertiary) default mappings you can change the source attribute in OKTA to map the specific team type required to Workvivo. For example instead of mapping user.city to the Locality attribute you could map user.country.
Ideally these structure settings are confirmed prior to launch to avoid any future interuptions

Note - OKTA has many other default mappings that do not map to Workvivo, i.e. locale. The attributes listed above are the only mappings that will send data to Workvivo.
