Manager Insights
Giving managers access
Enable managers insights toggle can be globally applied to all managers. However, you can also identify specific managers you want to remove access from by toggling individual managers permissions for “Manager Insight Access”.
Additionally, you can also assign a manager access to a specific segment.
In the screenshot you will see Mary Berry’s access to manager insights is toggled off and Annie Admin has additionally been assigned the Segment of Ireland. Should no “Assigned Segment(s)” be assigned Managers, the default is their total and direct reports.
Scheduling results access
By default, this “Insight access date” is 1 week after the survey closes. You can change this by clicking “Edit Default Access Date”. Managers will receive an email notification and in-app notification prompting them to view their results once available.
A custom access date/time per survey round can be chosen by toggling the “Access to round” button on a specific round. A pop-up screen will prompt the Date/Time and if you want Managers to be notified.
Please note the minimum insight access date is 24 hours after the survey closes.
