This integration with ServiceNow will allow you to search for content stored on your Service Now Knowledge Base directly through Workvivo’s advanced search filters.
Organizations can use many different applications to store and manage company information. As part of our mission to be the center of gravity for employee communications, we want to make it easier for your colleagues to find that information directly from Workvivo, helping to improve productivity and save time.
With our integrations into ServiceNow you can access documents directly in Workvivo.

How to Setup
Org Settings:
- As an Admin you can control what apps are available to connect to from the admin settings - Go to "App Integrations"

Enable the Toggle on for ServiceNow
Connecting
You will then need to connect to your ServiceNow account to Workvivo.
- Once you toggle ServiceNow on - you will be presented with a modal to add the following:
- Accept the data permissions - Click Next

- Enter your ServiceNow subdomain
- For example, if you sign in at "acme.service-now.com", enter "acme".
- Enter your ServiceNow username and password
- Make sure this account has admin roles & privileges.
- The minimum roles required should be admin, web_service_admin, and/or rest_admin.
- Once you add these - it will connect your account (this may take a few seconds)
- You will see that you are now successfully connected
- Enter your ServiceNow subdomain

- Click Next and Click Finish Set Up
- Reload App
Search
- General users will now be able to search for ServiceNow content directly from Workvivo
- Filters are available to further refine your search
- Content will open externally on ServiceNow
