What is it?
Our Box integration enables users to connect their Box account to their Workvivo account so that they can browse & upload Box files directly through the Workvivo UI when posting an update.
How to connect your Box account to Workvivo?
Option 1
1. Go to create a new update, click Upload a File icon and select 'Attachment' from the dropdown menu.
2. On the Upload Attachment dropdown you should see the option "Connect Box Account". Click here and follow the steps on Box to connect your account.
Once this is done you will have the option to browse and upload your Box files as attachments to updates.
Option 2
1. Go to Edit Profile in the User Menu
2. Navigate to Connected Apps and select 'Connect Box Account'
3. Follow the steps on Box to connect your account - you may be prompted to Log in if you are not already.
Once this is done you will have the option to browse and upload your Box files as attachments to updates.
Note: You will need to connect your box account to be able to view any box file on the platform.
