The Journey Analytics feature provides comprehensive metrics that allow administrators to efficiently evaluate journey performance at a glance.
For both Active and Ended Journeys, administrators can access analytics by selecting the Journey name in the dashboard.

Roles / Permissions:
- Journey Admin: Can create, manage and view analytics on all Journeys across the organization.
- Journey Manager: Can only manage and view analytics on Journeys they have created themselves.
- Start and end date (optional).
- Audience (set to either Everyone or Segment depending on the audience you had initially assigned the Journey to).
- Total Enrolment (clickable), displaying a list of people who are enrolled into the Journey and their overall status:
- Total number of steps (including the interval step)
- Enrolled → count of users who have hit the trigger.
- Started → count of users who have started 1st step of their Journey.
- Completed → count of users who have completed all the steps assigned to them as part of the Journey.
It is also possible to adjust the granularity of the chart by selecting different date intervals. You can choose to view the data on a weekly basis or even break it down further to a daily level. This can be done easily through the filter options that are provided within the interface, allowing you to customise the chart according to your specific needs and preferences:
You can filter performance, step progression, and completion rate by a specific date range using the Date filter button:
To view a specific segment's performance, click the Segment button and select your desired segment:
The lower section shows an overview of the original trigger and steps for this Journey.
For each step, you can view:
- Step Information: Name, type, and assigned content (click to view).
- Journey Timeline: All intervals and steps within each interval.
- Completion Rate: Percentage of eligible people who completed the step.
- Step Progress: List of people who have or haven’t completed the step.
- Step Acknowledgement Result: Click View Result to see steps with added acknowledgements:
- Click View Survey Results: to see the results of the step with the added survey:
Export Journey Analytics
Export journey analytics via the Options menu to receive a CSV file by email, detailing each step's analytics.
