Roles / Permissions:
- Admin - Full access to AI on Journeys, ability to turn the feature on/off for their entire organization.
- Journey Administrator - Access to AI on Journeys if the Admin has expanded access to all Editors.

Availability:
AI on Journeys is available as a standard product feature to all Workvivo customers. Please reach out to your Workvivo point-of-contact to avail of the feature.
Admin Settings
AI Journey Builder
Journey creators can go from idea to a fully structured journey in seconds, with AI handling the title, description, trigger, steps, and intervals.
- On the Journey Builder page, click "AI Journey Creator"

In the modal, enter a free-text description and/or click guided prompt chip filters to specify step count, journey purpose, and pacing.
- Click Submit - Workvivo AI generates a suggested title, description, trigger, and steps.
- Review the results; click Resubmit to regenerate or Insert to add the journey structure to the builder.
- Edit any settings as needed.
AI Message Generation in Journey Builder
Admins can generate polished, on-brand step messages using AI - including tone, refinement and optional company values integration - without starting from scratch.

In the Create Message page, click the ✦ Workvivo AI icon

Fixed prompt suggestions appear (e.g. "Write a warm welcome message for new hires"). You have the option to select a fixed prompt suggestion or enter a custom prompt; optionally check Include Values.
- Once you are happy with the prompt, Click submit - AI generates the full message body and suggests Celebration confetti if contextually appropriate.

Review the output; click Retry to regenerate the message, Refine to adjust (improve writing, shorten, lengthen, or change tone), or Insert to add the content to the message editor.
