What we measure
WV 12-factor engagement model
Our Workvivo 12 factor engagement model, including our conceptualisation of employee engagement, is grounded in the framework advanced by William H.Macey and Benjamin Schneider, preeminent scholars and practitioners.
Macey and Schneider’s 2008 article, "The Meaning of Employee Engagement," published in the journal Industrial and Organizational Psychology: Perspectives on Science and Practice, significantly informs our approach.
As such our results are analysed based on the default drivers and questions within Seer Insights across the following drivers:
Engagement
- Wellbeing
- My Job
- Productivity
- Culture and Values
- Empowerment
- Career Development
- Compensation and Benefits
- Senior Leadership
- Rewards and Recognition
- Communication
- Teamwork and Collaboration
- My Manager
The engagement snapshot
The Engagement snapshot dashboard gives you a real time view into your organization's engagement and sentiment from one place.
As an administrator you have the ability to filter the snapshot to a particular pulse survey round to understand response rate and completion rate metrics for each specific round.
The highlighted Engagement Score is the average score of the engagement question, specific to the round selected e.g. “How likely are you to recommend <your company> as a great place to work?”
For that round, you can drill down in to drivers, focus points and comments to help you better understand the overall engagement score
Enhanced segment filtering
Enhanced segment filtering allows for more flexible and granular analysis of results across complex organisation structures. View multiple segments together, apply advanced logic and exclusion criteria.
To apply enhanced filtering, within the select segments screen, click the filter audience toggle.
The above image would provide a view of "All the members of" the Communications Team.
You can apply advanced logic (e.g. "Department = Communications" AND "Location = Cork, Dublin” ) to view all employees in Cork or Dublin, who are also on the communications team.
The above image would result in all members of the communications team, who are also members of Cork or Dublin team / location.
You may also leverage exclusion criteria :
The above filtering would result in all members of the sales team, who are in cork and exclude anyone with less than 3 months tenure.
