We're excited to announce the upcoming launch of Catch Me Up — a new AI-powered feature that gives every employee a personalised, story-style digest of what they've missed since their last visit to Workvivo.
No more scrolling through the feed trying to find what matters. Catch Me Up surfaces the most relevant content for each user - from company announcements and leadership updates to trending posts and upcoming events - and presents it in a swipeable, bite-sized format right on the For You feed.
Catch Me Up is exclusively available with Workvivo HQ and Workvivo AI needs to be enabled.
What's Changing
A new Catch Me Up entry point will appear on the For You feed. Tap it to open a swipeable, story-style experience - powered by AI and personalised based on your role, position in the org chart, and interests.
Content is organised into seven categories: Big News (company-wide announcements), Leadership Updates, For You (personalised to your connections), Trending (high-engagement posts), Your Activity (surveys, forms, journeys, polls), Upcoming Events, and Birthday/Anniversary.
Each item is tappable - click through to the source content, then return seamlessly to the story flow. Stories stay consistent for 24 hours, so you'll see the same digest whether you check in once or multiple times throughout the day.
Why It Matters
Employees get a fast, trusted way to catch up on what matters - without manually scanning the feed. Content is structured around themes rather than a single firehose, making it easier to find what's important and act on it quickly.
Why We're Making This Change
Not everyone can check Workvivo every day - and when they do, the most important updates can easily get buried in a busy feed. Catch Me Up is designed to:
- Save employees time by surfacing what's relevant without the scroll
- Ensure critical content reaches the right people through AI-driven personalisation
- Give admins control over the types of content that appear in the digest
- Increase return-to-platform engagement by making every visit more valuable
What Do I Need To Do?
No action is needed right now - this will be automatically available for HQ customers once released on October 6, 2026.
Upon go-live, Admins should navigate to Admin Hub → AI Settings to enable the feature and configure content categories, section ordering, and the lookback window to suit your organisation's needs.
