The Workvivo platform enables branding customization through a Workvivo contact. Customizable items include login screen images (1500x1000px, various formats except GIF), email header banners (1500x300px), custom widgets (300x150px), corporate and community space headers and avatars, plus alumni user avatars, all with specified file types and sizes.
The following branding items can be changed within your Workvivo platform by your Workvivo point-of-contact. Please reach out if you would like to change any of the below branding items
Login Screen Image:
- Specifications:
- This is applicable for:
- password authenticated users on mobile and desktop
- SSO authentication with multiple tenants on mobile and desktop
- combination of SSO and password authentication on mobile and desktop
- This is not applicable for single tenant SSO authentication as users will skip this screen and will login via their SSO provider
- File type: JPG, JPEG, PNG, BMP, SVG, WEBP, GIF
- GIFs are not accepted file types for login screens
- Dimensions: 1500px x 1000px

Email Header Banner
To override the default email header with a custom image, reach out to your Workvivo point-of-contact with an image that meets the requirements below.
- Specifications:
- File Type: JPG, JPEG, PNG, BMP, SVG, WEBP
- Dimensions: 1500px x 300px
Top Tip: Center-align your logo and any text in within this banner.
Custom Widget
Customers usually use the primary custom widget on the Activity Feed as a link to the Apps section or as a link to a frequently used application/website:
- Specifications:
- Widget Title Requirements: Less than 16 characters (capitalized) - a widget title is optional
- Widget Image Requirements:
- File type: JPG, JPEG, PNG, BMP, SVG, GIF, WEBP
- 295x150px (recommended dimension for all widgets)
- GIF < 3MB
- Recommended safe space for text is 222.5x150px
Welcome Wednesday Image
If hire dates are provided for your users, the system will automatically check for any new hires within the last 7 days and include them in a Welcome Wednesday post:
To use your own brand background for Welcome Wednesday posts, you can update the image by navigating to the Admin Hub > Tools > Platform > General Settings > Search for "Welcome Wednesday".
Note: The recommended aspect ratio is 3:2, with a minimum size of 400 px (height) × 600 px (width).
