Workvivo-Enabled: Branding Items and Specifications

The following branding items can be changed within your Workvivo platform by your Workvivo point-of-contact. Please reach out if you would like to change any of the below branding items

Login Screen Image:

• Specifications:
  • File type: JPG, JPEG, PNG, BMP, SVG, WEBP
  • GIFs are not accepted file types for login screens
  • Dimensions: 1500px x 1000px
  • For password authenticated users only – mobile and desktop
  • Send your Workvivo point-of-contact login screen image file

Email Header Banner

To override the default email header with a custom image, reach out to your Workvivo point-of-contact with an image that meets the requirements below.  

• Specifications: 
  • File Type: JPG, JPEG, PNG, BMP, SVG, WEBP
  • Dimensions: 1500px x 300px
    

Top Tip: Center-align your logo and any text in within this banner. 

Custom Widget

Customers usually use the primary custom widget on the Activity Feed as a link to the Apps section or as a link to a frequently used application/website:

• Specifications:
  • Widget Title Requirements: Less than 16 characters (capitalized) - a widget title is optional
  • Widget Image Requirements:
    • File type: JPG, JPEG, PNG, BMP, SVG, GIF, WEBP
    • Dimensions: 300px x 150px
    • GIF < 3MB 
    • Safe Space for text and important elements of an image: 227px x 78px
      

Welcome Wednesday Image

If hire dates are provided for your users, the system will automatically check for any new hires within the last 7 days and include them in a Welcome Wednesday post:
