You can access and manage surveys and forms by navigating to the Surveys & Forms area. You can review, analyse, edit, or update surveys or forms from this area.

Roles / Permissions:
- Survey Admin: Can create, manage and view analytics on all surveys and forms across the organization.
- System Admin: Can create, manage and view analytics on all surveys and forms across the organization.
- Survey Manager: Can only manage and view analytics on surveys and forms they have created themselves.
Accessing Surveys & Forms
Navigate to Surveys & Forms from the Admin menu in your top navigation bar, or from the Admin Hub to open your Management Dashboard.
Management Dashboard
From the top of your Management Dashboard you can search for by the specific name, or filter by the status, or use the Show All toggle. The Show All toggle is only visible to Survey Admins and System Admins - enable it to view all surveys and forms across the entire organization; disable it to see only surveys or forms you have created yourself.
The Management Dashboard is divided into three key sections.
- Create - Select New if you want to start with a blank canvas, or Copy if you want to copy an existing survey.
- Active & Completed - This carousel gives you insight into active and completed surveys and forms. From here, you can see each the cover image, title, response rate and status at a glance. You can also click on any survey or form to access its associated real-time analytics.
- All - This section provides an overview of all surveys and forms, whether they are in a draft, scheduled, active, or completed state. You can easily swap between a grid or list view and consume key details like name, response rate, status, audience, start date, and end date.
Quick Actions
You can access quick actions by selecting the three dots located next to each item in the management dashboard. See below for a breakdown of available quick actions for each state.
Draft Surveys:
- For surveys and forms that are in a Draft state, you have options to edit, copy, delete, and copy the link. Users can can access the survey or form via this link once it goes live.
Scheduled Surveys:
- For surveys and forms that are in a Scheduled state, you have options to edit, copy, delete, and copy the link. Users can can access the survey or form via this link once it goes live. You can also start the survey or form now, launching it for everyone in your chosen audience.
Active Surveys:
For surveys and forms that are in an Active state, you have options to edit, copy, delete, and copy the link. Users can can access the survey or form via this link once it goes live. You can also end the survey or form and send a reminder notification to everyone who has not completed it yet.
Note: The reminder email will include the end date of the Survey.
- The sync audience option allows you to add new users to your audience who may have joined your target employee segments since the survey or form went live. This is particularly useful when new users have been added to the platform or for users who may move teams while the survey is live.
Note: When a survey or form is live you can only edit certain elements, such as the Title. Editing elements like Audience and Answer Options is allowed only for surveys in Draft or Scheduled status.
Completed Surveys:
- For surveys and forms that are in an Completed state, you have options to copy, delete, and copy the link.
