When a survey or form is published, if notifications and the billboard post have been enabled, all the members of the target audience will receive an email notification, in-app notification, and will see the billboard at the top of the main activity feed. If these settings have been disabled, or the Quick Share option has been selected, users will not be notified and the billboard will not appear at the top of the feed; users will only be able to access the survey or form using its link.

Billboard
The billboard for a survey or form appears at the top of the main activity feed on both web and mobile with your chosen cover image, title, key information and a start button.

Clicking Start on a billboard, preview, or by accessing using the link, email notification or in-app notification, navigates users to the introduction screen. Here, they will see the title, description, and summary for the survey or form.

Notifications
Users can be notified through push notifications and email notifications, depending on their personal notification preferences (under Other Notifications).
The survey or form will also appear at the top of the user’s Workvivo activity feed until they complete it, if the Post to Billboard setting has been enabled.
Admins may also choose to create a pinned post to increase visibility and optionally send a push notification from that post.
Note: Using a Read & Acknowledge post is another option to ensure users are aware of the survey or form.
Reminders for non-respondents
Admins can send a reminder to users who haven’t responded by navigating to the admin panel in Surveys & Forms and clicking Send Reminder on the active survey.
Note: There is no automatic reminder limit or cap — each time a reminder is sent manually from the admin panel, users will be notified again
