Surveys are a great way to take a temperature check of your organization and to gather feedback. Surveys empower your employees by amplifying their voice, allowing you to truly understand how they feel, gather vital feedback and uncover valuable insights. Ultimately empowering you to make more informed and impactful decisions about your people.
It's easy to create and release a Survey to all staff or to particular employee segments such as teams or spaces. Users can submit their responses on web or mobile.

Roles / Permissions:
- Survey Admin: Can create, manage and view analytics on all surveys across the organization.
- System Admin: Can create, manage and view analytics on all surveys across the organization.
- Survey Manager: Can only manage and view analytics on surveys they have created themselves.
Note: Surveys can only be set up on desktop.
Real-time analytics can be accessed on all active and completed surveys. Simply click on your chosen survey within the survey management dashboard.
As shown below, survey analytics are broken into three sections - ‘Overview’, ‘Engagement’, and ‘Questions and Responses’. You can filter analytics by specific employee segments and also export all results for analysis outside the platform if desired.
Overview: This section shows high level survey information like start and end date, audience size and total number of questions.
Engagement: This section shows key survey participation information such as responses plotted versus time, response rate and completion rate.
- Response Rate = The percentage of people in your target audience who responded to the survey. They must respond to at least one question to be counted towards response rate.
- Completion Rate = The percentage of survey participants who completed and submitted the entire survey.
