Workvivo is soon rolling out an updated and improved Notifications experience - smarter, faster, and designed to make staying on top of conversations effortless. We're introducing deep linking, shareable comment URLs, and smarter moderation tools to help employees and admins manage engagement at scale across both mobile and web.

What is changing?

This update transforms how users interact with comment activity across Workvivo, and will soon be available on both web and mobile experiences.  

Here's what's new:

• Deep links to comments: Clicking a notification now takes users directly to the exact comment or reply.
• Shareable comment URLs: Every comment and reply will have a unique link.
• Mark as unread: Users can mark individual comments as unread to revisit them later.
• Filter notifications: Quickly view all, read, or unread notifications for better organisation.

Why we're making this change?

Across organisations, posts can generate hundreds of comments and replies - making it difficult for users and moderators to keep up. We're looking to solve this challenge by:

• Reducing notification overload for users.
• Improving navigation by taking users directly to the relevant comment.
• Empowering moderators and admins with shareable links for faster review and collaboration.

Ultimately, this update makes engaging with content smoother, faster, and more intuitive - especially for high-traffic communities.

What do I need to do?

There’s nothing you need to do to prepare - these enhancements will be automatically available once rolled out from April 28, 2026.
