Workvivo are introducing a new moderation feature that gives administrators greater control over managing reported content within the Workvivo platform.
The Hide Reported Content enhancement allows admins to temporarily remove flagged posts or comments from visibility while they are under review - helping maintain a safe and respectful digital workplace.
What is changing?
With this enhancement, platform admins will be able to:
- Hide reported posts or comments from general view
- Review and decide whether to reinstate or remove the content
- Manage moderation actions directly from the admin interface
This feature will be available on both web and mobile, ensuring consistent moderation capabilities across all devices.
Why we're making this change?
As organisations grow, so does the volume of user-generated content. This update is designed to help community managers and administrators:
- Respond quickly to potentially inappropriate or sensitive content
- Maintain trust and safety across the platform
- Streamline moderation workflows without permanently deleting content
By adding this layer of control, we’re making it easier to uphold community standards while ensuring fair and consistent moderation.

There’s nothing you need to do to prepare - this enhancement will be automatically available once rolled out from June 24, 2026.
