We’re excited to announce a number of updates to Pages experience. This release introduces a suite of enhancements designed to make creating, viewing, and engaging with content easier and more interactive than ever before. From new layout controls to inline document support and the ability to react and comment directly on pages - this update brings Pages to the next level.
What's Coming Soon
1. Do Not Translate Option
Editors can now mark specific words or phrases that should not be automatically translated when viewers use the translation feature.
Perfect for brand names, technical terms, or code snippets - ensuring your content stays accurate and consistent across languages.
2. Comments & Reactions on Pages
Readers can now react and comment directly on published pages (not drafts), giving teams a simple, native way to engage with content and share feedback.
- Admins will be able to enable / disable this platform feature via Admin Hub
- Page Editors will be able to toggle on / off for individual pages
- End Users will be able to add reactions (using approved emojis) and comments on live pages
3. Document Component
Add documents directly into your page content for seamless viewing. Users can preview PDFs inline, and if the “Enable download button on PDF preview window” setting is off, download options will be hidden.
4. Column Resizer Tool
Gain more control over your page layout with the ability to:
- Resize column widths
- Add up to three columns
- Remove columns as needed
This makes it easier to design visually balanced and readable pages.
5. Video & Embed Resizing
Just like images, videos and embedded content can now be resized.
This gives editors more flexibility to create visually appealing layouts that fit their content perfectly.
6. Align Buttons
Editors can now choose whether buttons are left, center, or right-aligned, giving more control over the visual flow of a page.
Why We're Making These Changes
We’ve listened closely to customer feedback following the new Pages release and these enhancements are designed to:
- Bring Pages to feature parity with previous Pages experience
- Address key usability gaps flagged by customers
- Enable richer engagement through comments and reactions
- Provide editors with more flexibility and control over layout and design
- Support deeper adoption and stickiness of Pages across organisations
What do I need to do?
There’s nothing you need to do to prepare - these enhancements will be automatically available once rolled out to Workvivo customers from July 22, 2026.
Once launched, Admins can review their platform settings to confirm whether Comments & Reactions should be enabled / disabled by default, meanwhile Page Editors should explore these new features to enhance their existing and future pages.
