It's really easy to join a company Livestream on both web and mobile, and you can also watch it back afterwards if it was recorded. Livestreams are great for informal or impromptu messages from your CEO/Senior Leadership, or to give everyone a snapshot into a team event or special event like an Awards ceremony or Guest Speaker presentation.

Watching a Livestream Live
On Web
Based on the settings chosen by the livestream host, you will see the livestream, title, an expandable description, information on number of users watching, as well as the duration of the livestream. There is also a clear indicator when the stream is being recorded. You will be able to maximise the screen, mute/unmute the sound, and have the options (using the three dots at the bottom of the screen) to hide the reaction feed, and - on native livestreams - show subtitles and choose a subtitle language. The Leave button allows you to exit the livestream.
You can interact with the livestream using live chat (with the option to minimize the chat window), which includes threaded replies, emoji reactions, and @mentions.

Watching a Livestream Recording / Playback
On Web
If "Enable Recording" had been selected in the livestream settings, the playback recording will be posted to the activity feed automatically and will be visible to everyone in the original Livestream audience. It takes approximately 20-30 seconds for the livestream to appear as a post on the feed.
As shown below, you can see a count of ‘Live Reactions’ and ‘Live Chat Messages’ on the activity feed item. These counts refer to engagement during the actual livestream itself, as opposed to reactions and comments on the activity feed item that come in after the livestream has ended (which can be seen beneath the video on the feed). You can react and reply to comments that were made live on the stream, even after the stream has ended, directly from the activity feed or from within the livestream replay screen itself.
When you click into the livestream recording, you'll see the livestream information, as well as the options to hide reaction feed, and - on native livestreams - show subtitles and choose a subtitle language. Translated subtitles appear at the bottom of the recorded stream during playback. There is also a one-click “Copy URL” to share the replay link. Moving you mouse over / clicking on the video will give you additional display/sound options. Reactions appear in sync with when they happened during the original stream.
On the right, you'll have the option to toggle between ‘All Comments’ and ‘Live Chat’. 'All Comments' includes comments made both during and after the live stream. You can also add your own comments, replies and reactions here when watching the recorded Livestream.
