Dark Mode
We have also introduced Dark Mode which improves visual accessibility and helps reduce eye strain.
This can be set by clicking on View All in the Settings section and clicking Theme
Bottom Menu
A redesigned bottom navigation menu includes
- Home (Feed & Spotlight)
- Chat (If enabled for your organisation. If disabled then the chat icon disappears and it will show 3 sections at the bottom)
- Inbox (All in app notifications you receive)

This section now houses all the core Workvivo features, organized into Explore, Connect, and Resources—mirroring the structure of the web version.
You can also view the Mega Menu by clicking the Dot Tile next to the Menu option
Spaces UI
You can now access your spaces by clicking on your profile picture in the top left hand corner or by clicking into the More section in the Bottom Menu. You can also open the side menu by sliding from left to right on the app

You can navigate to spaces by clicking on the More section in the bottom menu and clicking Spaces in the Explore section.
Journeys
You can complete your Journey by navigating to Resources within the More section or you can take a journey by clicking on the billboard on the Home page.
Workvivo AI
If Workvivo AI is enabled for your organisation you will be able to access it by going to Explore within the More section.
Profile
You can edit your profile by clicking on your profile picture in the top left hand corner. You can also open the side menu by sliding from left to right on the app. You can now filter the activity feed by selecting the For You, Bookmarks, Following, Recently Updated, Reported & Pinned options.
You can view your profile settings by clicking on the More option in the bottom menu and scrolling down to Settings. By clicking View All you will be able to alter your settings
Posting
The option to post is now moved to top of the app. You can post by clicking the + icon
Themes
You can now set a theme for web & mobile and apply the same web banner to the Mobile App, or override with a custom image. More information on how to set up Mobile App Themes can be found in our help centre article
