The People Directory comes to life when everyone uploads their profile photo. It allows others to recognise you and will help people remember you. Take 2 minutes to upload yours today!
To encourage your team to upload a photo, set a target date and enter everyone who uploads their photo into a prize draw.

Roles / Permissions: Every user
Step-by-step (Desktop)
1. Click on your Avatar on the navigation bar and select "Edit My Profile”.
2. Click "Change Avatar" and choose a photo from your library.
3. Save your changes.
Step-by-step (Mobile)
1. Tap on the avatar on the top left. This will open the sidebar menu.
2. Tap on your avatar / profile photo in the sidebar menu to access your profile page.
3. Choose to take a photo or Choose from library....
4. Once you have selected the photo you wish to use this will update immediately on your profile.
Note: Avatars must be square shaped as well as having the ideal dimensions of 200x200px.
