The purpose of the Acceptable Usage Policy is to set guidelines on appropriate use of the Workvivo platform. All users will be required to read and acknowledge this policy when logging into Workvivo for the first time, and cannot access the platform content until they have completed this step.

Setting up Terms & Conditions
You can set up T&Cs for your Workvivo within the Terms & Conditions section in the Admin Panel.
You can add and set the following details for your T&Cs
- Title
- Content
- Declaration message
- Type
- Audience
Terms & Conditions can be set for both Internal Users & External Contributors
You can set T&Cs for globally or for specific teams
Read and Accept the Terms & Conditions
Users will then be prompted to accept the T&Cs when they log in to the platform.
