The Migration Tool allows you to convert legacy HTML pages into the new Workvivo Page builder. Layouts, formatting, images, and links are preserved where supported, saving you significant time compared to manually rebuilding pages from scratch.

Migrating a Page to the New Builder
- Navigate to the HTML page you want to convert.
- Click Options → Edit Page.
- Click the floating prompt in the bottom-right corner: Try our new Editor.
- A "Welcome to the New Page Editor experience" modal will appear. Click Close to proceed to the preview.
- A preview of the page in the new editor will display.
- Review the layout and make any adjustments needed.
- Once you are happy with the content and layout, click Publish this version.
Switching Between Editors
Once you have opened the new editor, you can toggle between the HTML and New Editor versions at any time before publishing using the Switch Between Editor's panel in the bottom right corner.
- Click HTML to view the original HTML version.
- Click New Editor to view the converted version.
- Select the version you want to keep and publish it.
Re-Sync
If you make changes to the original HTML page after migration before publishing, use the Re-Sync button in the Switch Between Editor's panel to push those updates into the new editor version.
Last Edited Status
After publishing, the page header displays the Live status pill and a Last edited timestamp, confirming which version is currently live.
