Comments and Reactions allow users to engage directly with Page content. Admins can enable or disable this feature platform-wide, and Page Editors can control it on a per-page basis.

Enabling Comments & Reactions
- Comments and Reactions are controlled at the platform level by an Admin.
- Navigate to Admin Hub → Platform → General Settings → Pages.
- Toggle on Enable Comments & Reactions.
Note: If you do not wish for comments and Reactions to be set by default, this can be controlled in the Admin Hub.
- Sets comments to on by default when new Pages are created. Page Editors can still update this per page.
- Sets reactions to on by default when new Pages are created. Page Editors can still update this per page.
Enabling Comments & Reactions on a Page
Once enabled at the platform level, Page Editors can control comments and reactions on a per-page basis via Engagement Settings.
- Navigate to the Page you want to update.
- Click Options → Edit Page.
- Open Page Settings → Engagement Settings.
- Toggle Allow comments and/or Allow reactions on or off.
Reacting and Commenting on a Page
To add a reaction:
- Click the reaction icon (smiley face with +) at the bottom of the page.
- Browse or search for an emoji and select it.
To add a comment:
- Scroll to the bottom of the page.
- Click Leave a comment..., type your comment, and click Post.
