The Workvivo platform issues notifications for various content types to make sure you're always informed of the latest news and updates and recognition you receive, for example.

Managing your Notifications
Users can control what notifications they receive by updating their Notification Settings.
Notifications Settings can be found through the Settings icon on the Notification drop down on desktop and by clicking Settings in the hamburger menu on the mobile app.
General Notifications
Typically, Email and Push notifications are enabled for all the below activities. Users have the ability at any time to select and unselect which activities they wish to receive notifications for.
Please note that even if you have 'Push' notifications enabled, you will not get push notifications on your mobile unless you have installed the Workvivo app and enabled/allowed push notifications in your device's App Notification Settings.
Space Subscriptions (Space Notifications)
Under the Space Subscriptions section, users can opt in for push or email notifications for all new content published to their spaces, including posts, events, space documents.
Note: The user must subscribe to individual spaces in order for the notifications to trigger.
In the screenshot below, for example, email and push are enabled but there are no spaces selected.
Once you subscribe to space notifications in a space - either by opening the space and clicking on the bell
or switching on the toggle in the Space Subscriptions screen, you will start receiving notifications.
Note: If a user has 'Space Notifications' turned on for an individual space but has both Push & Email disabled in the Space Subscriptions section they won't receive Push or Email notifications for new content posted in those spaces.
