Overview of Workvivo Awards
There are two parts to the Awards process:
1. Award Nominations – staff can nominate individuals or Teams for an award
2. Award Voting – staff can vote from a list of nominees
Device(s): Desktop for setup, Users can nominate and vote on desktop or mobile
Roles / Permissions: System Admin
Award Nominations Setup
- As an admin you can create a new Award by navigating to Admin Tab on the top navigation bar on Desktop and select "Awards"
- From here you will be able to select "New Award"
- Input award details:
- Award Name, Award Description
- Cover Image 1000px x 320px jpeg/png
- Banner Headline
- Banner Button Text (this is what colleagues click to open the Nomination form)
- Banner image 2000px x 474px jpeg/png
Choose who can nominate: Everyone in the organization OR people in selected/unselected Teams (where a Team is a group in the Teams Directory)
- Choose who is eligible for nomination
- People (can be an individual or a group) OR
- Teams (i.e. a team in the Team Directory)
Customise the form:
- Choose whether nominations should be linked to an organizational goal / value
- Add a line to invite employees to provide justification for their nomination
- Decide on the number of nominations that each person can submit (e.g. 1 for once or 50 if they can nominate multiple times)
- Decide if joint nominations are allowed (e.g. a colleague can nominate Mary & Pat in one nomination)
- Schedule the Nominations by setting the start date and end date
Once the start date is reached, the Nominations will open.
