A calendar view of all upcoming content
As any communications professional knows, corporate communications are rarely done on the fly, instead they are typically planned and curated ahead of time. Accessed via the Resources tab in the top navigation bar, the Content Calendar provides you with a rolling weekly view of planned posts, articles, and events. Additionally, we have introduced a content type exclusively for the Content Calendar called Notes.
Notes are a fantastic function for planning future communications and coordinating with others.

- The details of the note can be viewed by clicking on the note.
- From this view, the user has the ability to edit or delete the note.
Creating Posts
When scheduling a post, you have the ability to provide a title for the post. Providing a title to a scheduled post makes it easier to identify on the Content Calendar.
- Click “Post” in the “Create New” dropdown menu.
- Create a Scheduled Post as per the standard process.
- In the schedular screen add a title and click 'Schedule Post'.
- Posts will be displayed on the calendar as a card as viewed below. A placeholder image will be used to make the item visually distinguishable as a Post.
- Scheduled Posts can be previewed by clicking on the card.
Creating Articles & Events
- Click “Article” or “Event” in the “Create New” dropdown menu.
- Create the content and provide a publish date/time in the future.
- Articles and Events will be displayed on the calendar as a card, similar to other content types. If a cover image is provided, that image will display on the card. If there is no cover image provided, a placeholder image will be used to make them visually distinguishable.
- Note: All day or multi day events will be shown as a solid bar along the top of the Content Calendar.
- Scheduled Articles can be previewed by clicking on the card.
- Scheduled Events can be previewed by clicking on the card.
Filtering
The calendar view can be filtered to display content from the four content types: Posts, Articles, Events and Notes. Additionally the calendar can be filtered to display content from specific authors or content restricted to specific audiences.
- Click on one of the chip filter buttons and view only content related to that filter.
- Note: Filters cannot be combined.
