Shareable Campaign Feed
The Campaign Feed gives you an easy way to see all of the feed activity relating to your campaigns. This feed filter enables you to quickly digest all of the content relating to a specific Campaign and socialise it with other users.
Making a Campaign Shareable
When creating a new Campaign, or editing an existing one, you will see the option to ‘Make Campaign Shareable’. This will allow users with the necessary permissions (Admins, Editors and Campaign Managers) to filter the activity feed to show content from this campaign specifically.
Sharing the Campaign Feed with other users
Note: Only Campaigns marked as shareable will appear in the Campaign feed filter.
From the Activity Feed
- Clicking ‘Campaigns’ on the side navigation bar will automatically filter the feed to show content from the most recent Campaign
- You can then choose other shareable Campaigns to filter according to by clicking on the Campaign card at the top of the feed. In this case, both 'Charity Run' and 'Our Company Values' have been marked as shareable.
- You can then share the link to this filtered feed view with other users to highlight this Campaigns content. We will take a look at what this Campaign Feed looks like for general users next.
From the Campaign Manager view:
- Once you have marked a Campaign as shareable you will see an ‘Options’ dropdown within the Campaign Manager. From here you can click ‘View Feed’ to view all of this Campaign’s content in a feed view, or ‘Copy URL’ if you would like to share the filtered Campaign Feed view with other users.
Viewing the Campaign Feed as a general user
- General users can only access the Campaign Feed if a link has been shared with them - they cannot filter the feed by Campaign themselves.
- Here is what a user would see if the ‘Charity Run’ campaign URL was shared with them. The Campaign card at the top of the feed makes it immediately clear to the user that they are viewing content related to the 'Charity Run'.
