Metrics
Workvivo's Chat Analytics depicts user behavior through seven metrics: messages, messages per user, new channels, active channels, message senders, message viewers, and new users.
Metrics can be adjusted by the default date ranges or by selecting a custom date range.
Metric | Description |
Created Users | Users who started to use chat in this period |
Messages Sent | Messages that have been sent during the selected date range |
Messages per User | Average number of sent messages per user during the selected date range |
Message Senders | Users who have sent at least one message during the selected date range |
Message Viewers | Users who have seen at least one message during the selected date range |
Channels Created | New channels created during the selected date range |
Active Channels | Channels where at least one message had been sent during the selected date range |
