The Chat screen is not loading, is slow or showing a connection error
It is possible that the users network is blocking the request to our Chat provider. Our recommendation here is that you try with a different connection, switch a vpn off if you have it on and try again. If this is still not resolved please reach out to our support team
Why don't I see notifications on the Web?
New chat messages don’t show in the standard web in-app notifications or have a sound in the tab bar. However a user should see the Chat counter increment on browser tab if you receive a new message. See more here on notifications
Why can I not see chat when I delegate into a user account
Chat does not cater for delegating in to another user account. You can only view chat for the user you are logged in as for security and privacy reasons
Can the 6 months retention on chats be configured?
Not right now but we are looking at offering more options here in the future. Please speak to your Workvivo point of contact for more information
Is it possible to have Workvivo Chat and Slack interoperable so users on one platform can chat with users on Workvivo Chat?

How many users can join a group video or voice call?
For the first version of this, the limit is a max of 15

5 mins is the maximum length
