You can now get a lot more specific with the target audience of the newsletters you send. With our mailing list functionality you can now:
- Copy and paste in up to 1,000 email addresses
- or select users from the people picker
- easily copy /paste the same list into future comms
Note - Users must be on Workvivo. Newsletters to external users are not supported

Roles / Permissions:
- System Admin: Full control over creation, management, and analytics for all newsletters
- Newsletter Manager 2.0: Can create newsletters, send out test newsletter emails, and edit or delete any newsletters and custom templates for their organization
Sending to a targeted list of users
To send a newsletter to a targeted list of users, select the "Mailing list" option
From here you can use the people picker to manually select up to 1000 users, or copy and paste in their email addresses using the form below
Use the same list again
After sending your Newsletter you can easily copy the same list using the copy icon indicated below
Please note:
- You can check the total numbers of newsletters sent, bounced and delivered in Newsletter analytics. Please note that currently it is not possible to view this information for each individual email the newsletter was sent to
