We’ve heard your feedback — managing newsletters in Workvivo is about to get a whole lot easier. With folders, you can now group newsletters into folders, giving you a clearer, more organized view of your communications.
Whether you're running a weekly IT update or a monthly marketing roundup, folders help you keep related content in one place and make it easier to collaborate across departments. It’s a familiar way to work, built to match how you already think about your newsletters.

Roles / Permissions:
- System Admin: Full control over creation, management, and analytics for all newsletters
- Newsletter Manager 2.0: Can create newsletters, send out test newsletter emails, and edit or delete any newsletters and custom templates for their organization

Set-up Folders
You can create a folder for this first time by clicking "Create Folder". There is no limit to the number of Folders you can create.
Folder management:
You can rename or delete a folder by Navigating to View all Folders and selecting the option shown
You can manage the ordering of your folders by clicking on Options and Sort Folders
Deleting Folders
You can delete folders you create. Should you have newsletters stored within a folder you will be prompted to confirm whether you would like to keep the Newsletters stored within the folder, or delete all (newsletters and folder).
