AI on Pages helps you create Pages faster, refine content effortlessly, and summarise information with ease. It removes the blank-page problem and lets you go from idea to polished, fully structured page in minutes.
AI on Pages includes three core capabilities:
- AI Page Builder, which turns a plain-English prompt into a complete page draft using supported components like cards, tables, lists, and callouts.
- AI Content Refinement, which lets you improve, shorten, or adjust the tone of selected content with one click.
- AI Page Summaries, which automatically surface the key points of any Page so readers can quickly understand what it covers without reading it end-to-end.
By bringing AI directly into the editor, AI on Pages helps teams communicate more effectively - whether you're building an onboarding hub, drafting a company policy, or publishing a knowledge article. It gives you the freedom to focus on what you want to say, while AI handles the structure and polish.

- Mobile users can view published pages but cannot use AI editing features.
Roles / Permissions:
- Admin - Full access to AI on Pages, ability to turn the feature on/off for their entire organization.
- Pages AI - Can use AI Page Builder (Compose) and AI Content Refinement (Refine) on Pages they have access to.
- Editor - Can use AI Page Builder (Compose) and AI Content Refinement (Refine), if the Admin has expanded access to all Editors.
- General Access Employee - Can view AI Page Summaries on published Pages, cannot access AI editing features.

AI on Pages is available as a standard product feature to all Workvivo customers. Please reach out to your Workvivo point-of-contact to avail of the feature.
Key features
- AI Page Creation (Compose) - Generate a fully structured Page from a simple text prompt, using supported components such as cards, lists, and callouts.
- AI Content Refinement (Refine Blocks) - Highlight text, or, a content block and choose from actions like Improve writing, Make shorter, Make longer, or Adjust tone.
- AI Page Summaries - Automatically display an AI-generated summary on published Pages, giving readers a quick overview without reading the full content.
Note: Both AI Page Creation (Compose) & AI Content Refinement (Refine Blocks) are not available on legacy HTML Pages. AI Page Summaries is available for both HTML Pages and those built on the New Page's Editor.

Creating a Page with AI (Compose)

Open the Page editor and click the 'Help me write' button to launch the AI dialog.

Enter a prompt describing the Page you want to create.
- Review the AI-generated content - you can keep, try again, or delete the output.
- Insert the generated content into your Page, or use it to replace existing content.

Edit and refine as needed, then save and publish when ready.
Tip: For best results with AI Compose, be specific in your prompt. Include the topic, intended audience, and any structure you'd like (e.g. sections, bullet points, callouts). The more context you provide, the better the output.
Refining Existing Content (Refine Blocks)

Highlight a section of text or a content block in the Page editor.

Select an AI refine action from the dialog;
- Improve writing
- Make shorter
- Make longer
- Change tone

Review the refined output - you can retry, insert, or replace based on the result.
AI Page Summaries
When enabled by your admin, an AI-generated summary is automatically displayed on published pages.
Summaries are generated from the Page's content and help readers quickly understand the key points without reading the full article.

Best Practices
- Be specific with prompts: The more detail you provide in your AI Page Builder prompt, the better the output - include the topic, audience, and desired structure.
- Review before publishing: Always review AI-generated content for accuracy and alignment with your organization's tone and policies.
- Use Refine iteratively: Try different refine actions on the same content block to find the best result - for example, Improve writing, then Make shorter.
- Enable summaries for long pages: AI Page Summaries are most valuable on longer, content-rich pages where readers benefit from a quick overview.
- Combine with manual editing: Use AI to generate a strong first draft, then add your own expertise and context to make it truly yours.
