The Space Leaderboard Dashboard allows you to compare all your spaces against each other, and help you identify what your top performing spaces are, as well as understand what spaces are no longer needed and could be archived. It shows what spaces are getting the most activity and engagement both from an absolute and relative standpoint.
It is also very useful to help drive some competition amongst space owners, and top space owners can then share some of their strategies with other space owners.

Top 10 Spaces by Number of Posts/Comments/Reactions
A leaderboard of the top 10 spaces based on three simple metrics, the most posts, the most comments and the most reactions within the selected time period. As this shows absolute numbers, it is heavily influenced by the amount of space members, and you should be careful if using this to compare different spaces (naturally spaces with more members would have more posts/visible interactions).
Visible Interaction Ratios per Space - Trends over time
The visible interaction ratio shows the number of comments and reactions on a space, factoring in the number of members. It can therefore be used to compare spaces of different sizes. This chart shows how this ratio changes over time for each space, allowing you to compare your spaces easily. It is most useful when filtered to a small number of spaces, or to a specific category of spaces.
Relative Top 10 Spaces
The ratio leaderboards are a better way to compare spaces as they factor in the space membership size of a space.
Top 10 Spaces by Member Post Ratio
This ratio shows the posts to space member count ratio. It is useful to compare content creation across spaces. A post includes any content that results in a feed post (updates, shoutouts, questions, answers, articles, events, livestreams and documents).
Top 10 Spaces by Visible Space Interaction Ratio
Helps you understand which Spaces, regardless of membership size, are gaining the most visible interaction (comments and reactions) from their members. A top 10 format here allows for driving competition, as well as working well as a screenshot in a presentation.
Top 10 Spaces by Total Space Interaction Ratio
Includes Opens and Impressions (views) along with Comments and Reactions to show the total activity per user in the space, and therefore how active it is as a whole.
Activity in Spaces Table
The purpose of this table is to give you access to all the data you need to understand and compare all your Spaces. For example, you might want to do a review at the end of the year or quarter on your spaces, or simply want to report on all space key data points. It shows a list of every space (filterable as needed), how many members it has, the key ratios as explained above, as well as all the absolute (total) numbers.
It can be sorted by whatever metric you want by clicking on that column and can be used as-is, or exported for further analysis in a tool of your choice.
