The Livestream Dashboard is designed to give you an overview on Livestream use in your organization, as well as details on engagement with selected livestreams. Note that this is specific to livestreams as they were consumed live, not engagement with recordings.
NOTE: This dashboard currently only relates to Third Party Livestreams streamed via RTMPS (Real Time Messaging Protocol). As of March 2025 this therefore excludes native Livestreams. However, these are planned to be moved to RTMPS in H1 2025.
You can use the date filters to only show specific date ranges. You can also filter Livestreams to only those created by specific people, or by creators in specific primary, secondary or tertiary teams.

Overall Livestream Use
The purpose of this visual is to give an indication of livestream volume and trends over time, as filtered by any selected creators and between selected dates. It shows the number of individual livestreams by the date the livestream started (went live). Note this could be different to when the livestream was created, which can happen in advance of the start date.
Livestream Details
This table lists out all the Livestreams that match the date and creator filters, in reverse chronological order from the most recent start time to the oldest. It contains details such as the Audience (whether it was broadcast Globally or into a Space or Team), and core analytics data such as viewers, reactions, chats and duration.
If the Livestream was recorded it will provide the URL (as non-recorded livestreams are over, the URL for those is not available). Note that 'reactions' here relates to reactions that occurred in the Livestream, not to reactions that may occur on the Livestream recording post.
This table is useful to quickly get the details on all the Livestreams, in addition to allowing an easy comparison between them. As the table can be sorted by any of the columns, you can quickly see the top livestreams sorted by any metric. In addition, this table allows access to Livestream metrics on non-recorded Livestreams, which are not available elsewhere in the platform.
Selecting (clicking) on a specific Livestream title will display additional visuals specific to that Livestream, such as the trend of viewers/reactions/chats during the course of the Livestream, details on which Spaces/Teams the Livestream was broadcast to, the list of all attendees, and a report on the chat messages that were sent during the Livestream. Details of these visuals are given below.
Livestream Metrics Over Time - Viewers, Reactions and Chat Messages
Selecting a Livestream from the table enables this visual which shows the trend of viewers over the course of the Livestream. This can be very useful to see if there were certain points in the Livestream that caused a drop off.
Using the toggle on the right of the graph, you can change from viewers to reactions or chat messages to understand how the trends of these engagements changed during the course of the Livestream. The Reactions trend in particular can be very useful to see how content delivered during the Livestream may have landed with the audience.
Note that timelines start at the time of the first engagement. So for chat messages or reactions, this might be later than the actual start time of the Livestream. This should be factored in to your analysis.
Livestream Audience Details
Selecting a Livestream from the table enables this visual which provides information on both the audience of the livestream, and the attendees.
On the left-hand side we can see the lists of Spaces or Teams that the Livestream was broadcast to. If the Livestream was global, this will just display 'Global'.
On the right-hand side is the list of all the attendees who joined the Livestream, along with their email address, and primary, secondary and tertiary teams. This allows you to quickly report on who joined the Livestream, and can be exported to Excel or CSV if needed.
Chat Messages
Selecting a Livestream from the table enables this visual which provides a record of all chat messages sent during the Livestream. This is very useful if attendees are asking questions during the Livestream and you would like to be able to follow up with them after, or you just want a record of the messages sent.
In addition to the timestamp of the message, it includes the message itself, and the name and email of the sender. This enables quick follow-up with that person if need be.
Like all the visuals, this can also be exported to Excel or CSV.
