Voice messages in Chat can offer several benefits, including enhanced communication efficiency and personal connection.

- Convenience and Speed: Users can convey messages more quickly and efficiently, especially when multitasking or dealing with lengthy information.

Voice messages is an optional feature of Chat, which is disabled by default.
Voice Memos
On Web and Mobile, users can send voice messages to each other or in group chats.
- This is available as an additional CTA on the text input box on web and to the right of the input box on mobile
- Push the microphone to access the record button
- Select Record to start
- Once recording you can stop at any stage and listen back to the message before sending, or delete it and start again
- Simply send the message once you're done recording
Note: The maximum length per recording is currently five minutes.
