The Teams Drilldown dashboard is designed to let you examine the core metrics and trends for a specific team. For a selected team it allows you to report the total posts, comments, or reaction over time, identify how active or passive indicators are trending, and surface who the top 10 super users are for that team.
To start, you must select the team you are interested in examining in the filters. If you have a lot of teams, or teams of the same name, you can use the team type filter to narrow the list of teams.
You can use the date filters to only show specific date ranges.

Team KPIs
Shows a number of KPIs for the team, looking at the activity across the whole date range selected. It also shows the number of Active Users in the time period.
User Post Ratio: the percentage of active users who posted. Calculated as the count of unique users that posted, as a percentage of unique active users. e.g. 12% would mean that there were 12 unique users who posted if there were 100 unique active users in the time period.
User Comment Ratio: Similar to post ratio, but for unique users who commented.
User Reaction Ratio: Similar to post ratio, but for unique users who reacted.
Activity KPIs over Time
These graphs show the KPIs at a weekly level by default, and are useful to understand the trends of activity for the team. The top six visuals (Total Posts/Comments/Reactions and User Post/Comment/Reaction Ratios) can be rolled up to monthly or quarterly, or down to daily if desired.
The Weekly Days Active Ratio, Weekly Impressions Ratio and Weekly Feed Loads Ratio are designed to show you a weekly cadence and cannot be rolled up or down.
Weekly Days Active Ratio: On average, how many days in a week is a user active in that team. Clearly this has a maximum of 7, but in reality that maximum will be closer to 5. Note this is only looking at users from the team that have been active in that week.
Weekly Impressions Ratio: On average, how many impressions (views of content) per active user in a week. This gives an indication of how much content is being seen.
Weekly Feed Load Ratio: On average, how many feed loads per active user in a week. Using feed loads and impressions together gives an indication into the depth of use, and these graphs are helpful to understand the trends and consistency for the team.
Team Super Users Leaderboard
These visuals show the top 10 users from the team by total number of posts, comments and reactions between the dates selected. This can be useful to understand who the super users and champions are from the team. Ties will be included which can result in more than ten users.
