Workvivo supports Video and Voice calling for both 1 to 1 and group chats. We are leveraging Zooms Video SDK to power this, This creates immersive, real-time interactions with unmatched reliability and quality. It will elevate employee comms for front line and desk staff to the next level with the best-in-market solution trusted by millions globally
- Reducing Communication Silos: Teams often rely on separate apps for video and voice calls, which can create silos and disrupt workflows. Integrated calling in Workvivo’s chat would centralize comms, making collaboration seamless and more efficient.
- Enhancing Remote Collaboration: As remote and hybrid work models persist, real-time voice and video communication on the same platform fosters better collaboration, creating a more connected team experience.
- Boosting Engagement in Real-Time Interactions: Chat alone can feel impersonal, especially for complex or sensitive topics. Video and voice calls provide a richer communication medium that increases engagement and makes interactions feel more human, enhancing the employee experience.
- Reducing Decision-Making Delays: Employees can quickly switch from chat to voice or video calls to resolve urgent issues without needing to set up a separate call in another tool. This reduces friction and speeds up decision-making processes.
- Improving Accessibility and Inclusion: Some employees may prefer or need to communicate verbally rather than through text (e.g., due to disabilities or language barriers). Having integrated voice and video options allows more employees to engage in ways that suit their preferences or needs, creating a more inclusive environment.
