Admins have the ability to create custom chat groups from Chat Admin via the Administration menu:

Availability: This is available for all Chat users by default
Admins can now create channels from the Chat Administration menu.
- Admins can set a channel name and add a list of comma-separated or newline-separated email addresses.
- The default number of users per channel is 100 users.
Notes:
- This menu is for creating channels only. All other maintenance of the channels still occurs within the Information menu on the channel itself.
- If you require groups of up to 250 please contact your Workvivo point of contact to assist with increasing to Supergroups
- Supergroups on Web cannot support Emoji reactions at this time.
