Admins can grant roles to other Users via the Administration dashboard.

How do I grant a role to a colleague?
If anyone needs an additional role or permission, an Admin can grant it through the Administration Dashboard.
- Open Administration
- Search for your colleague in the People tab
- Click "Edit" beside their name
- Click the Security section
- Click "Grant Role"
- Choose the relevant role / permission from the drop-down
- Click "Grant"
How do I revoke a role from a colleague?
Similar to granting a role:
- Open the Admin Dashboard
- Search for your colleague in the People tab
- Click "Edit" beside their name
- Click the Security section
- Review the roles and permissions that person has
- Click "Revoke" beside the role / permission they no longer require
