This dashboard was designed to make running competitions within the platform as easy as possible. You can quickly pull a list of everyone who reacted to or commented on a post, who voted in a poll (or even voted a specific answer to a poll), or who received a specific badge. These competitions can be a highly effective way of driving up engagement and activity in the platform.
Note that the date filters refer to when the reaction, comment or poll response occurred, or when the badge was awarded.

Competition KPIs
The total metrics at the top of this dashboard serve as a sense check of how a competition is going (by filtering by the competition post url you can get a sense of unique users who have reacted to/commented on that post). You can also see the number of users who voted on a poll (use the Poll URL above the Polls section to filter to a specific Poll if required) and see the unique badge recipients within that time period and/or team filters.
Understanding Reactors and Commenters on a specific post
A lot of competitions might ask people to react or comment on a specific post. Using the “Post URL” drop down, paste in or select the URL of the specific post you are interested in seeing the competition data on.
Doing so will narrow down the Reactor and Commenter lists to that post. It will also provide the timestamp of when they reacted or commented, which may be useful in certain competitions.
These lists can be exported if needed by hovering over the table and clicking the three dots. Note that exporting to excel has a limit of ~8,000 rows so if your report is larger than that we recommend downloading as a csv.
Understanding Poll Voters
Using the Poll URL quick filter above the table, paste in or select the post that contains the poll you want to view. This will allow you to easily see the list of all poll responders, their response and when they submitted that response.
You can also easily filter to get the list of users who responded with a specific answer. This can help you run quiz style campaigns or competitions as well as functional response gathering.
Understanding Badge Recipients
While it can be useful to be able to pull a quick report of everyone who received any kind of badge (e.g. for a skill or achievement or reaching an anniversary), the real value in this report is the ability to run more complex competitions like you would on social media.
Custom Rule Badges can combine multiple actions across different parts of the platform before the user is granted a badge, making the criteria for your engagement competitions endless. For example, you might want to run a competition where the entry criteria involves using a specific hashtag, posting an update in a specific space, or joining a new space, and with the custom rule badges you can do this. Once the competition is over you can pull a quick report from here of everyone who has received that badge and put their names in a hat/random selector to pick your winner fairly.
