Workvivo’s Platform Analytics is a powerful tool to round up statistics on content, activity, engagement, and adoption across the platform. It allows you to understand how well the platform is doing in your organization as well as identifying any areas for focus or improvement.

Availability: Out-of-the-box, enabled by default
Platform Analytics can be accessed by navigating to the Admin dropdown menu and selecting Analytics.
Dashboards
Out-of-the-box Analytics contains the following dashboards:
Snapshot Analytics - A quick way to see how well your platform is performing and help you identify any areas for a deeper analysis, this contains a mix of charts and graphs from the other (more detailed) dashboards.
Content Analytics - Provides you with an understanding of how your content is performing on the platform, what content is performing best/worst and help you shape your content strategy. Also provides a Competitions Dashboard to help make running competitions as easy as possible, and provide analytics on Polls and Badges.
Usage Analytics - Gives you a better understanding of the usage trends of your organization over time, and pinpoint teams with lower usage so that you can take action when needed to encourage regular usage.
Activation Analytics - Shows you levels of profile activation across the organization and identify areas which might need additional support or change management, and recognize those who are quick to activate and get on board.
Governance Analytics - Assists you with the governance and ongoing management of the platform, this dashboard contains a collection of reports including Roles and Permissions, Space Membership and Roles, Default Spaces and Delegates.
Note: We released a new-look Workvivo Analytics in spring 2023. The original version of Analytics will continue to be available until 01 Sept 2024 so you can switch between the two easily, as needed.
